Shipping and returns
SHIPPING
All orders are sent via a door-to-door courier service. Please make sure that there is someone to receive your order at your nominated address between Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. Please note that your order will take 2-5 working days from date of payment to arrive. Deliveries to outlying areas may take longer.
Orders over R900.00 are couriered for free! Orders under R900.00 are couriered at a flat rate of R100 for orders which are less than 5Kg. Orders which are above 5Kg will be
weighed and charged accordingly.
Products are shipped from Johannesburg, South Africa. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days, unless otherwise notified of any delays via our banner on our website. Your order should arrive within 2-5 working days from date of dispatch (verified by an email with your invoice) depending where in South Africa you are.
RETURNS
We strive to ensure that the Goods we deliver to you are of the highest quality. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we generally do not accept exchanges or returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order in any way or you have changed your mind, please contact us within 7days after receiving your order and
we will either replace it or credit your account, subject to the below terms.
To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products:
• Call our office on 081 860 9714 or email info@goddessaoura.co.za or log a complaint on our website.
• Package your products safely and securely for protection during transit; and it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
• It is not missing any accessories or parts.
• We do not accept returns on used Goods.
• Original handling and courier costs are non-refundable.
Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).
